In a word: NO! You are perfect just how you are. Please know that you absolutely do not need to lose weight before your shoot. Boudoir photography is about celebrating your body exactly as it is today. My goal is to capture your confidence and beauty rather than trying to fit an arbitrary standard.

Waiting to reach a certain number on the scale often means missing the opportunity to capture your beauty in this specific moment.

During our session, I will use professional posing, lighting, and camera angles to highlight your best features and create flattering effects. These techniques allow us to create stunning images that showcase your strength and elegance without needing to edit you into someone else.

Instead of focusing on a diet, we encourage you to focus on feeling confident. Most clients find that the experience itself provides a massive boost in self-esteem once they see their final gallery. To prepare, we recommend focusing on skin hydration, getting a fresh manicure, and ensuring your chosen outfits fit comfortably.

You do not need to change a thing to have an incredible experience.

The most important thing you can bring to the studio is yourself, exactly as you are.
